Growing up I was exposed to lots of music. With older brothers a Dad with a taste for jazz and irish music and a Mom who listened to ABBA I heard just about everything. Craig on the other hand didn't really learn about music until college (or so he says). I think that this little one will have a lot of music growing up. Seeing some of the CD's in Craig's collection and knowing some of the shows that he has been to, we started talking about our first concerts; here are the family stats:
Me: Morrissey on Halloween Night 1991 (Shoreline Amphitheater)
Craig: Sting with Concrete Blonde (Sports Arena)
Baby: Angels and Airwaves (Soma)
It was so loud in there I am convinced that the baby must have wondered what was happening around it. Craig had bought the ticket before we were expecting and he was really looking forward to going. I wasn't sure that I was going to make it because I would be going from work, to school, to concert all without a nap. Well I made it and slept very well last night.

Ha ha! We went to a soma show about 2 years ago and I felt like we were the oldest people in the crowd by at least 10 years.
We saw Pinnback at 4 o'clock Fridays when Nathan was 10weeks gestation.....being on my feet that long was not fun.
Yeah there were actually older people there than us but I think they were parents who brought their tweens to the show.
