I first want to say thank you for all the cards that I got to celebrate my first Mother's Day. Honestly I wasn't expecting anything and all the cards showed up yesterday in the mail and I appreciate every one. I guess all the talk about Mother's Day must have registered with the baby because even she got in on the gift giving. Today she gave me foot cramps and morning sickness. Considering the resources that she has available I think that she made some good choices. Craig promises that next year he will guide her towards more appropriate gifts.
Since she woke me up so early I went out and got a coffee, newspaper, and some breakfast goodies for my Mom. It was just nice to sit and enjoy our breakfast and the baby enjoyed it too because she has been very active all morning.
After breakfast we went out and bought some furniture for her room. We got the crib and the low dresser/changing table. It should be here in 8 to 10 weeks. Thanks Grandma!
