We (I) decided to tell my Mom that the baby is on the way. We (I) made this choice since my Mom will likely come down while Craig is away to help out. This is because I am not supposed to do much once I am home. I really didn't spend a lot of time thinking about how I would do this so it went something like this:
Mom: How are you?
Me: (following long pause) Pregnant!?
Mom: You are?!
She went on to tell me that she had been having dreams and feelings that we were pregnant. She said that she had never had them before and that they just started a few days before we (I) told her.
Craig is still pondering the best way to tell his parents that gets the most bang for his buck. We have decided to wait to tell siblings, aunts, uncles, and friends until we clear the 12 week mark. If we can keep this bean sticky it will be the first grandbaby on both sides.
